• Kick: Processing built-in 808 & 909 kick drum samples using EQ, Drum Buss, saturation and compression for tonal balance and beefing up the sound.
• Rumble + Sub: Learn hot to use a built-in kick sample to create a rolling sub-bass pattern. Learn how to use the Convolution Reverb Pro on the kick to uncover thumping low end rumbles with precise processing to make it all glue together with the kick as a whole.
• Leads: Learn how to make multiple lead sounds talk to one another seamlessly, all made using built-in synths on Live 12 such as Analog, Operator & Wavetable for an easy-to-follow-along workflow.
• Modulation: Learn how to use the built-in LFO and Shaper devices to create movement using modulation and keep sounds interesting over time.
• Atmospheres, FX & Transitions: Using tools such as Serum 2 & U-he Repro for their immaculate sound design capabilities and other sources to come up with quirky sounds that are then processed into atmospheres, textures, etc. using Granulator and warping audio.
• Percussion: Mostly using built-in samples from the 909 Core Kit, some DS (DrumSynth) devices and D16 Drumazon & Nepheton.
• Mixing: Full mix-down process from start to finish using mostly built-in tools such as EQ Eight, Glue Compressor, Multiband Dynamics, etc.
• Arrangement: Full process from start to finish, going from ideas in Session View to a fully arranged track in the Arrangement View with automations, transitions, etc.
• Tweaks: Editing sounds and initial ideas to make them perfectly fit the final result.
