Ashrith is the co-founder of Beatworx and one-half of Audio Units, an internationally acclaimed electronic music duo formed in 2012 with his brother. His journey with technology began in 1994, at the age of three, sparking a lifelong fascination. Despite holding only a high school diploma, Ashrith has demonstrated that success isn’t confined to formal education.

A completely self-taught professional, Ashrith brings a unique understanding of student mindsets. He has been instrumental in advancing electronic music education through creating instructional content, leading workshops, and organising Ableton User Group Meets on a wide range of topics within the field.

Ashwin Baburao is the co-founder of Beatworx, a trailblazing platform in the Indian electronic music scene, which he started in 2012 with his brother Ashrith. Motivated by the lack of opportunities for talented artists in India, Ashwin envisioned Beatworx as an ecosystem to nurture and support budding electronic music talent. What began as small classes in their bedroom evolved into a fully-equipped studio, where they could create their own music while sharing knowledge with others

Known for his approachable nature and sharp sense of humour, Ashwin has a knack for making complex concepts easy to understand with relatable analogies. He values knowledge and ethics over hierarchy, creating a collaborative and egalitarian work environment where everyone is treated with respect.

Nandita Bora, aka Delika, always felt a special connection towards music despite her career as an international flight attendant.

She had a strong urge to start a career in music after experiencing nightlife in several countries across the world. In 2017, she moved to Bangalore where she decided to start her journey in the music biz.

Besides being a DJ, she is also the HR Manager & Student Admin at Beatworx.

Shreyas_ whose name constantly appears in the Indian underground music circuit is a DJ and Producer. His love for music can be seen in everything he does.

From working at a renowned music school and inspiring younger audiences, to putting his energy behind local events, he is constantly pushing dance music culture. He is currently the Marketing Manager at Beatworx.

Heavily inspired by the UK's electronic music scene from the late 90s, Vedik is a self taught DJ/Producer whose main interest is to blend textures and pacing rhythms.

He continues to position himself as a techno enthusiast with the only intention of pushing boundaries in the genre. Apart from his role as on-ground crew for Afterworx, he also handles the backend work for Observant.

Midi isn’t just a dog—she’s Beatworx’s resident vibe curator and the ultimate muse for creative minds. This indie furball has a knack for syncing her tail wags to the rhythm of the studio, inspiring beats as effortlessly as she spreads smiles.

Whether she’s dozing off to ambient music or prancing through the workspace like she owns the place (spoiler: she does), Midi’s boundless energy and charm keep the creative juices flowing. At Beatworx, she’s not just part of the team—she’s the heartbeat of our groove.
