Refunds
There are no refunds for services and courses. For products and sales, there are no refunds. In case of any manufacturing defects or warranty claims, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer in certain cases and we may handle it directly in certain cases at our discretion There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) If in case you enrol for a course by paying registration and full fees, and decide to not join in less at-least one month before commencement of the course, you fee will be refunded but not the registration amount. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beatworx.in
Exchanges
We may exchange or replace items at our discretion if they are defective or damaged during transit or upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same or another item (solely at our discretion), send us an email at info@beatworx.in along with your invoice and bring or deliver your package to: Beatworx Music Pvt. Ltd., #119, 1st Floor, 6th Main Road, JP Nagar 3rd Phase, Bangalore - 560078 You will be solely responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you might vary based on where you reside.
